Tree Lafayette Endowment has opportunity to match all donations 50% from the Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette.  For every $100, we receive an extra $50.  The endowment is for replacement trees and between vandals, accidents, salt, insects, and a harsh environment; we lose about 5% of our urban forest. We have removed 187 trees this year from the Emerald Ash Borer and only planted 170.  We have 959 ash trees that will need to be removed.
