November 23, 2020 - The replacement tree for the 3000th Tree that was planted in the planter located in front of City Hall has been planted by Tree Lafayette volunteers. This replaces the tree that was planted there and died because of poor design of the planter. The planter has been modified to eliminate the issue that caused the previous tree to die.
We need help pruning trees.
We prune May through November.  We have weekly tree pruning events on Wednesday mornings and monthly events on Saturday mornings.  Volunteer to help and make a difference.  We will start again in 2021.
