Mill Creek Subdivision Our first neighborhood plantings were with the Millcreek Homeowners’ Association. A total of 34 trees were planted in the Bridgewater circle and South 18th St. area. Frank Egelhoff is our first neighborhood tree steward with Millcreek. Greg Shaner was the project coordinator, Belinda Kiger did the design work, and Bennett’s planted the trees.
